All services provided by Noeclue Pte Ltd ("Noeclue Pte Ltd") may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States federal, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Noeclue Pte Ltd from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to Noeclue Pte Ltd' servers, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Examples of unacceptable content or links:

1. Violence or racial intolerance.
2. Illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia.
3. Gambling or casino-related content.
4. Pornographic, XXX material, sex, soft-porn, hentai, gay, lesbian, exploitation of minors, adult, babes and mature content.
5. Excessive profanity, swearing and vulgar languages.
6. Hacking, cracking, warez, serial number and password sharing.
7. Illegal MP3, movie, applications, torrent, P2P, emule and other medias.
8. Illicit or illegal content (Including yahoo rares, yahoo cracks, anorexia and other disorders).
9. Bigotry, racism, hatred, material which may be insulting to another person(s) or company.
10. Copyrighted material, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization, material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.
11. Spam, mail fraud, chain letters, MLM, pyramid schemes.
12. Redirection to another services.
13. Paid-to-surf, Paid-to-read, Paid-to-click, autosurf and banner, text and traffic exchange programs, robots or any deceptive softwares.
14. Intentionally or Un-intentionally attempting to remove or hide our advertisement.
15. Any type of advertisements (banners, text links, buttons, popups, popunders, exitpops).
16. Risk to a person's safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, compromises national security, or interferes with a investigation by law enforcement.
17. Solicits conduct that is illegal under laws applicable to you or to AtFreeForum.com and its network of free hosting service.
18. Malicious, fraudulent, or may result in retaliation against AtFreeForum.com and its network of free hosting service by offended viewers.

NOTICE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS FOUND TO CONTAIN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, ILLEGAL MP3 FILES, PIRATED SOFTWARE, HACKER PROGRAMS, WAREZ PROGRAMS, OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL FILES, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT NOTICE, AND A $250.00 PENALTY FEE WILL APPLY. ADDITIONALLY, Noeclue Pte Ltd WILL NOTIFY THE PROPER AUTHORITIES OF YOUR ACTIONS.

Traffic Usage
All account plans come with an unlimited amount of traffic allowance.

IRC
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of Noeclue Pte Ltd is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be cancelled without any warning.

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.

All free forum hosting of Noeclue Pte Ltd must adhere to the above policies.

Account Deactivations
Any account will be deactivated if it becomes inactive (No single forum posting within 60 days).

Limitation of Liability
Noeclue Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Noeclue Pte Ltd ' servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, Noeclue Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of Noeclue Pte Ltd ' servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

Violations
Violations of these Acceptable Use Policies should be referred to Our Email Address. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

Disclaimer
Noeclue Pte Ltd cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by Noeclue Pte Ltd are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software and programming used by Noeclue Pte Ltd are not directly owned or written by Noeclue Pte Ltd. Moreover, Noeclue Pte Ltd holds no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as Noeclue Pte Ltd sees fit.

Account Activation
By activating your account with Noeclue Pte Ltd, you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting activation of an account, you are required to accept these policies, guidelines and disclaimer.

NOTICE: If you sign up for an account and fail to comply with these terms, your free forum will be terminated immediately.

Server Uptime Guarantee
Noeclue Pte Ltd guarantees 99.9% service (http, ftp, pop, imap, smtp) uptime on all free forum hosting service.

Noeclue Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimer without notification. We also retain the right to make changes to our free forum hosting without notification.
